2026 Conference Sponsorship

VAEE values the contributions of donors, sponsors, volunteers, and those that contribute time, talent, treasure, and testimony to the mission. We invite individuals, corporations, businesses, and organizations to consider sponsoring our community of teachers, school leaders, and community educators.

All Sponsors will be recognized on the website and at the Conference. Any Sponsor who contributes at the Bronze Level or above will be offered the following benefits:

  • Social media spotlight

  • Logo on VAEE website and Conference materials

  • Exhibitor table

  • Newsletter recognition

In addition to the above benefits, Silver sponsors will receive one complimentary registration, Gold sponsors will receive two complimentary registrations, and Green sponsors will receive five complimentary registrations.
