Salads mixed greens with fresh country vegetable toppings, fresh arugula with shaved fennel and sliced seasonal pears
Soup wild mushroom and brie
Entree garlic and sherry breast of chicken (DF, GF), local fried tofu tossed in sweet thai chili glaze, sauteed broccoli and bell peppers, basmati rice
Sides herbed brown rice pilaf, roasted vegetables in a honey balsamic vinaigrette (honey balsamic on the side)
Dessert death by chocolate cake, fresh berries with whipped cream available
artisan breads & butter, freshly brewed starbucks® coffee, tazo teas & iced tea
