Please consider adding a donation to the Equity Fund to your cart before checking out.
We believe that all educators and supporters of EE that desire to attend the conference should be able to, even if they may be under-resourced at the time. While some attendees may be able to cover the costs through their employer, this is not the case for all. VAEE desires to be mindful of the time, expense, and true costs that it takes to attend convenings. We are again launching a conference equity fund, which will be used to offset some of the costs for attendees.
Please note, if you’d like to donate more than $100, we encourage you to check out the Sponsorship options on the main Registration page. As a Sponsor, you can specify that you would like your donation to go towards the Equity Fund.
